PLAYSCHOOL CLOSED - BUT THE FUN CONTINUES AT HOME!
On Sunday, March 15, 2020, the Alberta chief medical officer closed all schools and licensed daycares in Alberta to help reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus (Coronavirus). We have reached out to parents via email with more details in how this will affect them directly.
Our amazing teachers have provided their planned weekly lesson they had for the kids! These crafts, activities, exercises and ideas are available to all families who are looking for ways to continue their Playschool education at home! Keep checking back for more updates and activities! Click Below!
Six optional ice skating sessions for each class, one day a month, from October through to March. Skating time is always great fun and provides a terrific opportunity for parents to socialize along with the children.
Each class includes time for physical play, and that either means games in the gym or outside.
Play Based Learning
Our programs are Play Based and Curriculum Guided. Play is the work of our children and is closely tied to the development of cognitive, socio-emotional and physical behaviours.
Working for Kids, Not for Profit
We are a parent-run, not-for-profit playschool which means our only paid staff are the teachers - school fees are completely used to cover operation costs of our program.
