REGISTRATION AND FEE INFORMATION

2012/2013 REGISTRATION 

The 3AM and 4AM CLASSES ARE NOW FULL. However, we are still accepting applications for the 3PM and 4PM classes.

Registration Packages for the 2012/2013 school year will be available January 30th. Packages can be picked up at the Chestermere Rec. Centre's main office. Completed packages can be dropped off at the Rec. Centre's Main Office.  Class placement is on a first come first serve basis.  Your package will receive a number upon completion and return.  Your package number will determine your priority in class placement.

The office hours at the Rec Centre are as follows:

Mon & Wed 10 – 6 pm

Tues, Thurs, Fri 9 – 5 pm

Sat & Sun Closed

 *PLEASE NOTE ALL CHILDREN MUST BE 3YRS OF AGE AND FULLY POTTY TRAINED PRIOR TO BEING ACCEPTED INTO THE PROGRAM*

2011/12 TUITION FEES:

$100.00/MONTH  (Regular classes - 2 days/week)

$45.00/MONTH  (Optional Friday Morning Class)

$25.00/ANNUAL (Registration Fee)

$50.00/ANNUAL (Fundraising Fee)

$300.00/ANNUAL (Volunteer Bond - not cashed if 10 volunteer hours are fulfilled on or before May 31st)

It is mandatory that all Playschool participants have an up to date Community Membership

 WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURES.

NOTIFICATIONS OF Withdrawal  MUST BE RECEIVED VIA WEB SITES SUBMISSION FORM.  PLEASE UTILIZE THE "CONTACT US" LINK TO LOCATE AND SUBMIT YOUR NOTIFICATION. 

30 DAYS NOTIFICATION MUST BE PROVIDED FOR ALL WITHDRAWALS.
